this little skirt is sewn from a vintage cotton tablecloth, and finished with grommets for threading ties. i picked this fabric for the vibrant colors of the tulips, and i love the faint white polka dots! the grommets allow for extra adjustability. the front overlay is slightly asymmetrical, and there are darts in the back for an easy fit!
